I wanted to inform you that the training Hughsonville received in response to our purchasing of 55 Bailout systems was "second to none". I would recommend First Due Training to other Departments in the future.

Hey Brothers,
My name is Eric "Coop" Cooper. I was the engineer on
Tower 6 this past weekend for your group at the class you put on
in Huntington
WV. I just wanted to write and thank you for a wonderful class we all
wish it could have been longer. You guys have sparked a new life into
us again. I believe that we had forgotten how to be aggressive firefighters,
but with your attitude, enthusiasm and knowledge, you all as a group
have opened our eyes and set our path straight again. We had become
complacent in our job. We now have the renewed spirit and attitude.
We strive to become firefighters of your caliber. Being a Volunteer
Department this is a high but achievable goal. Again let me thank you for the class the motivation and the sense
of the common Brotherhood that you have instilled in me and my fellow
Brother and Sisters at The Ohio River Road VFD.
Thank you and BE SAFE!

The instructors
and First Due are some of the most knowledgeable
firefighters I have had the pleasure of being associated with. When I
contacted this group about having them come down and teach area
firefighters in the Cabell County region of West Virginia, they were
very professional from the beginning, they seemed very interested in
what
we wanted for our area, and it seemed like we were dealing with long
time friends.
I can honestly say when I call them a brother or vice
versa it is not just a saying. The guys at First Due seem very
concerned with what you want and how you want your training.
In the
years of my service I have never had such outstanding training at any
level as I had with the gentleman from First Due. I have been asked many
times since the classes we had when they were coming back, and have had
many firefighters who attended the sessions tell me that it was some of
the best training they have ever had.
I would recommend to any fire dept
at any level to use First Due for your training needs, Gary,Danny,
Frank, Lt Murray will not disappoint your Dept. You will come away a
better fire dept and a better firefighter.
On behalf of the Green Valley
and Barboursville Fire Dept's I can say that we will be having First Due
back for our training needs. We are looking forward to the next time
Brothers.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you and your instructors for conducting a very informative and interesting training session. The subject matter of Mayday and Urgent communications was certainly very appropriate as many of our members in attanedance are members of our F.A.S.T. team. The information presented could of course be applied to all of our members. I found the visual/classroom portion of the class a good way to lead into a "practical" or working section of the of the class, which showed the members exactly what was discussed. The personal experience related by your staff are invaluable. I have had the fortune of working side by side with members of FDNY in my prior volunteer fire company, and I can't overstress the value of their experience. On behalf of the officers of our department, I'd like to commend your staff for a "job well done".

"The instructors from First Due Training were able to successfully combine their experience and education into an informative and easy to understand program. To hold a drill on a weekday evening, after our members have worked their regular job all day, and to walk away retaining as much information as they did is incredible. It is a great credit to your company and your instructors. Thanks for a job well done."

"The firefighter through a hole technique was simply awesome! I am shocked that there are so many more uses for our equipment that we don't even know about. Bringing First Due Training in to teach us these techniques was a tremendous asset and I hope the Chief's from our department do it again very soon. Job well done guys."

"When we received our thermal imaging camera from the State of NJ, our chief showed us how to turn it on and off and how to change the battery. I and I'm sure my fellow members were blown away with all of the different techniques and tricks there are to using a thermal imaging camera. Thanks so much for this class. It is probably the most informative drill that we have had all year!"
