SCHEDULING A CLASS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
QUOTES & PROPOSALS:
Written quotes and proposals are available upon request. In most cases, potential
customers choose a class from our course list
or we can create a lesson plan/class based on your specific need. First Due
Training instructors will bring our training programs to you - your fire
academy, firehouse, acquired structure or other venue as requested. Our instructors
are available to travel anywhere.
OUR PRODUCT:
Our classes, whether taken from our course list
or created from scratch, are constructed in a lesson plan format. We determine
if the class format will be lecture, hands-on or a combination of both. Once
this decision is made, we then look at our target audience to determine which
instructors are best suited for the topic, and how many instructors will be
needed to offer a safe, professional and informative presentation.
FEES:
In most cases, the cost of a class is based on the number of students who will
be attending - "price per student". Additional charges may be added
if/when the customer requests that we build props, rent venues and similar
requests. Travel expenses may also apply. First Due Training makes every
effort to provide a fair and reasonable quote to our customers.
CERTIFICATES:
First Due Training issues certificates to students who successfully complete
the training course offered. Accompanied with the certificate is a course
outline which explains the topics that were covered in class.
TRAINING CLASS FUNDRAISERS:
It's simple! Acquire a training site. Offer your neighboring fire department
a reasonably priced 'per student' or group rate to attend. Now you have provided
a training class not only for your firefighters, but your nighbors. And in
doing so, you've raised money for your fire department! For further information,

FIRE & RESCUE EQUIPMENT:
Our instructors can not only assist you with recommending equipment that would
best suit your needs. We can provide equipment to you at an extremely competative
rate.
